The official itch.io page labels the project “In development” and lists HTML5, keyboard, mouse, touchscreen, and smartphone support.
What is the Malfoid Dating Sim?
It is a fan-made visual novel connected by its creator to the Malfoid fan-art trend. The itch.io page uses “PURE BLOOD & PREJUDICE” as the subtitle and tags the project as a visual novel, dating sim, fangame, and work in development.
Where can you play it?
Use the official itch.io page linked above. The page includes an embedded HTML5 build and lists browser play, so you can try the current build there. Malfoid.com does not host or mirror the game files.
Is Pure Blood & Prejudice finished?
No. The developer's itch.io listing says In development. A playable browser build is available, but that does not mean the game is complete. The page currently has no version number or development log listed.
Is it free?
The public project page does not list a price. It has a “Support This Game” option, but that alone does not confirm whether access is free or paid. Check the official page for its current access and payment terms.
Who made it, and what platforms are supported?
The creator is listed as RuizuKun_Dev. itch.io lists HTML5 as the platform and keyboard, mouse, touchscreen, and smartphone as inputs. That indicates phone support on the listing; the experience may still vary by device and browser.
What does “Pure Blood & Prejudice” refer to?
It is the subtitle displayed on the creator's page. The listing gives a short dark-academia, enemies-to-lovers visual-novel hook. We do not infer additional plot details beyond what the creator has published there.
Is it official Harry Potter content?
No. The itch.io listing tags it as a fangame. It is a fan-made project, not an official Harry Potter release or an endorsement by the rights holders.
What should I know before opening it?
The creator's itch.io page includes an AI disclosure for code, graphics, sounds, and text. The listing is the best place to check the current build, its content, and any future updates.
